Our mission is to create a little magic with innovative buildings that enhances the enjoyment of outside space. Our energy-efficient eco-buildings become comfortable spaces throughout the seasons as they are built with SIPS (Structurally insulated panels) making them highly insulated and soundproof.

Made up of a team of passionate individuals, we're excited by the potential of what we can achieve. We love every aspect of what we do, especially seeing finished buildings being used to their fullest potential.

‘Eco-friendly’ is one of our values which is why our premises are powered by 100% renewable green energy. Our panels make our buildings super energy efficient to reduce carbon emissions as well as heating costs.

The magic happens at our design and manufacture facility in North Wales. Our base serves us well being centrally located in the Uk, close to the Wales/England border with easy access to the main road network. We supply self build projects as well as our network of trade partners who range from garden room companies, leisure parks and window/door installers.

Our spaces provide comfortable year-round use and can be used as Garden rooms | Home offices | Gyms | Home cinemas | Home spas | Hair salons | Recording studios | Photography studios | Games rooms | Care home pods | Man caves / She sheds and more. The possibilities are endless.
