Our skilled bakers create products by hand, without the use of plant machinery.

This attention to detail has made our bakery’s produce enormously popular and it has

become a 24-hour operation; bread is baked through the night using locally sourced ingredients.

We bake cakes, puddings and tarts by hand throughout the day; our creations include tray bakes, cookies, patisserie, pastries and everything in-between.
