Tancia Ltd has a 40-year history in the printing industry, which began years before the founding of The Pen Warehouse, now UK’s largest trade-exclusive, specialist supplier of promotional writing instruments. Selling through a network of thousands of distributors, we provide our resellers the tools to sell branded pens, pencils, and stationery via a comprehensive product portfolio, print and digital catalogues, marketing assets, unrivalled speed of service, customer service excellence and access to our training and conferencing facilities.

We go beyond the product, continuously investing in research and development, new technologies and machinery, as well as hosting informative webinars and training sessions. We hold stock in the UK and brand in-house. We have a library of product designs, names and brands that have been created by us and are registered and protected. Our product portfolio includes over 450 product ranges, with thousands of SKUs. In 2020, we printed over 20 million writing instruments.

Our sister company, Snap Products is a generalist, trade-only supplier of promotional merchandise. We share the same building, employees, resources, warehousing, machinery, etc.

Following the impact of the coronavirus crisis, we diversified and built ecommerce platforms under the following trading names, biofree® (selling our in-house manufactured and HSE licensed hand sanitiser), Personalised Gifts, LifeLabs (PPE-related products) and Trade Bottles (offering empty bottles and containers in bulk). In less than 12 months, we sold in excess of 1 million units of biofree® hand sanitiser between retail and trade business. The industry and customer demand constantly evolve, and we adapt and take on new forms respectively, growing stronger and cementing our position as innovative thinkers and thought leaders within the promotional product sphere.

Our commitment is to re-shore more products and manufacture more products in-house - we're always developing and introducing new UK made products, including greeting cards, custom packaging and promotional paper products made from FSC® certified card.
