Allsports Kick Start is the ideal way to start your day.
Mixed with milk, it provides an excellent breakfast shake either alone, for those in a hurry or don’t usually eat breakfast, or alongside your usual food to top-up your protein intake.Typically, most athletes will have a carbohydrate-biased breakfast of cereals, porridge or toast. This is fine from an energy point of view but far too low in protein for an athlete. It is particularly important to slot in your first protein meal of the day as soon as possible after an all-night fast.
With Kick Start there is no need to alter your breakfast routine - just mix a serving of Kick Start with milk and this will deliver the extra protein you need at breakfast time. The carbohydrates in your regular breakfast will provide you with energy and will help drive the protein into your muscles. You can drink a Kick Start shake with any meal you feel may need a protein top-up. When mixed with milk each serving will provide 16g of first class protein.
