Product Description
The Standard Modular Step Unit is constructed from galvanised steel components that are bolted together. It includes the acceptable standards of provisions to prevent falls, collisions, and injuries within a dwelling setting. The system adheres to step regulations for dwellings (e.g. Part M & K). Steps for residential use must have a gradient no more than 1:12 (4.7 degrees).
Please note for residential end-user customers; we only install steps in Sussex, Kent, and surrounding areas. For those outside our service area, we provide ramps via the Disabled Facility Grant schemes through local authorities. Contact your local council for more information.
Apart from this exception, we install nationwide for any other customer type.
