Made in Britain to champion UK manufacturing on national events tour

This autumn, Made in Britain is taking the voices of its 2,200+ members on the road, showcasing the power and diversity of UK manufacturing at some of the country’s most influential political, industrial, and trade events.

From party conferences to world-leading exhibitions, the not-for-profit organisation will use each platform to highlight the impact of British manufacturing and demonstrate the value of the official Made in Britain mark.

Products carrying the mark range from seed potatoes and toilet cisterns to traffic bollards, cooling caps and wheelie bins - proof that when it comes to UK-made goods, provenance and quality are as diverse as they are vital.

John Pearce, CEO of Made in Britain, said: "There’s never been a more important time to fly the flag for British-made. British manufacturers are proving every day, one export at a time, that manufacturing connects more than components.

"From interior design to into orbit, we’re making sure British manufacturers are seen, recognised, and valued for the great products they make and the impact they have on society. As the trademark for British manufacturing excellence, we’re on a mission to champion UK manufacturing."
