Feed Pusher Blades

Feed pusher blades are attachments for telescopic handlers, loaders and loading shovels. The attachments can be used across a range of industries and applications, including grain pushing.

BA Caulkett are highly experienced experts in the design and manufacture of a range of attachments, including pushers.

Design
Our feed pusher blades are made using the highest quality premium materials. They are designed with longevity and durability in mind, representing a long term investment. The modular nature of the products means that they can be extended, providing variable length.

Our product comes with a standard 8 foot blade and a square box section. We offer the pusher blade with a weld on wear edge, as well as an optional bolt on wear edge. The latter can help to protect the areas of the pusher that are exposed to mechanical abrasion. Not only this but it is easy and economical to replace.

The Right Solution for You
As an extremely experienced company, we understand that every company  and operation requires a solution that is tailored to their individual specifications and needs. A bespoke solution can help to increase efficiency and positively influence productivity

Our pusher blades can be manufactured to any length or blade size to suit your requirements and can be specially designed to be used in a variety specific of applications, for example grain, fertiliser, coal and biomass.

Selecting feed pusher blades for use on a loader
When selecting feed pusher blades for use on a loader, there are several factors to consider to ensure that you choose the right blade for your needs. These factors include:

Blade size: The size of the blade should be appropriate for the size of the loader and the type of feedlot or barn where it will be used.
Blade shape: The shape of the blade should be designed to efficiently push feed without causing damage to the surface of the barn or feedlot.
Blade material: The blade material should be durable enough to withstand the daily wear and tear of use and be resistant to rust and corrosion.
Blade design: The design of the blade should be optimized for efficient and effective feed pushing. For example, some blades have a curved design that helps to prevent feed from spilling over the sides.
Compatibility: The feed pusher blade should be compatible with the loader attachment system to ensure proper fit and functionality.
Ease of use: The blade should be easy to attach and detach from the loader arms, and the operator should be able to control the blade with minimal effort.
Safety: The blade should be designed with safety in mind, with features such as guardrails or other safety mechanisms to prevent accidents or injuries.
Overall, selecting the right feed pusher blade for your loader will depend on your specific needs and the characteristics of the loader and the environment in which it will be used. It’s important to carefully consider these factors to ensure that you choose a blade that will provide efficient and effective feed pushing while also ensuring safe operation.
