At InstallerSHOW 2025, Testo unveiled an exciting new exhibition stand that was buzzing from morning till close. Designed to launch their 860i Thermal Imaging Camera and generate leads, the stand combined fresh design with the crowd-pleasing giveaways Testo are known for - so visitors had plenty of reasons to stop, explore, and chat.
Testo and Motive have worked together on InstallerSHOW exhibition stands for years, and each one has evolved with the brand. For 2025, the brief was to build on the elements that had worked before, give it a fresh look, and soften the design so it felt more welcoming. Having partnered together for years, the Testo team knew Motive would take their ideas and run with them to create something really unique.
Bringing the refresh to life
The 6.5m × 6.5m layout was open and easy to navigate, with clear routes to product zones, space for live demos, and bold new graphics. Motive replaced the rigid walling from previous years with timber finishes inspired by one of Testo’s continental stands, adding texture with a more warmer feel.
The focal point was a custom LED arch with lighting built into both the frame and the floor. It pulled people in from the front and led them down two different paths to explore the stand. It also had a clever twist – at the flick of a switch, their new thermal camera revealed an underfloor heating pad.
Refurbished shelving and display units gave the space a fresh look while keeping costs low and sustainability high. A large LED video wall added movement and made the stand easy to spot from across the hall. The overall effect was more welcoming, accessible, modern, and the perfect showcase for their new tech.
"We’ve worked with Testo long enough to know they like a stand that works as hard as they do. This year’s design had a great flow, loads of talking points, and the arch was a real centrepiece. It’s the kind of build you enjoy putting together – because you know it’s going to deliver big results."

Crowd-pleasing touches kept the stand buzzing
The Testo tote giveaway has become a must-have at InstallerSHOW, and this year’s 3,000-strong stash disappeared fast. Motive designed hidden storage with a handy trolley to keep the giveaways flowing without slowing the team down.
The open layout also meant the Testo crew could grab a quick bite or catch their breath without stepping away from the action. It kept energy levels high and made sure there was always someone ready to chat with visitors.
This was the fourth stand Motive has created for Testo at InstallerSHOW, and each year the design has grown with the brand. The 2025 build used Motive’s modular hire system, with the LED arch now part of Testo’s own kit for future events.
The results spoke for themselves. Testo had more badge scans than any other exhibitor, generated on-the-spot sales, and left with a full pipeline to follow up. Before the show, Testo had been thinking about reducing their space for 2026. After this year’s results, they’ve decided to expand instead.
“InstallerSHOW is always a big opportunity for Testo, and this year’s stand had just the right balance – it showed off our products, gave people a reason to stick around, and helped us connect with more visitors than ever.”
Testo team, InstallerSHOW
