Product Description

The carving vice can be securely locked in place & is supplied with a mounting plate to secure the wood to.  This unit can be positioned where you require it & once clamped it is ready for carving. 

Our ball turning jig being universal to fit most wood turning lathes is of high quality with a bronze pivot point.  A fine feed with a carbide cutter is fitted & a locking mechanism that will not score the moving shafts.  The height is fully adjustable for different wood lathes center heights & is also supplied with a setting tool.  Our lathe tool rests are unique to us,  as the tool rests are interchangeable with each other.  They are available with a standard range of stems (bespoke stems can be made to order).  With our stems they have a scalloped end which supports the interchangeable rests but more importantly stops the tool rest from loosening.  New for 2025 we will have a range of carbide insert wood turning tools ideal for the wood turner & a smaller version for the wooden pen turner. 

We have a standard range of plywood shapes which are c.n.c. cut, these can be painted & stuck onto furniture or walls to embellish or create a themed room.  All our standard shape can be scaled up to your required size & material thickness.  We also offer a c.n.c. router cutting service with which we can cut a variety of materials.  This service is ideal for furniture,  dolls houses,  work boards, etc....  the list is endless.  Our largest machine has a cutting area of 1525mm x 2440mm with an automatic tool changer. 

We have inhouse cad/cam so if you have a project or require a reliable supplier for 1 off parts or in quantity then please do not hesitate to contact us.  Also new for 2025 will be a range of high quality leather working tools which will be built to last.  Along with our c.n.c. router cutting service we also have a c.n.c. lathe & c.n.c. machining centre for a full service.
