Product Description

Our Cavity Closers provide a simple and highly effective method for closing cavities around openings in masonry cavity, timber frame and steel frame system wall constructions. Suitable for use in both new build and refurbishments.  Easy-Trim Cavity Closers are an easy way to achieve Building Regulations compliance when closing cavities where cavity widths are unknown. 
 
Our Cavity Closers incorporate a UPVC outer which acts as a damp proof barrier and the insulated EPS & XPS core is moisture resistant, with compressive strength properties and excellent thermal performance. Assembled at our production facility in Lancashire and made with materials from our own recycling plant in Wrexham, Vinyl GB Trading as EcoVyn. By keeping the whole process in-house, we can ensure advanced quality is key. 
 
Available in 2 profiles to fit cavity widths: 50mm – 100mm and 100mm – 150mm.
