Specifically designed for the rental real estate, better known as the Multi-Family vertical in the US, the MDB is a motorized electronic deadbolt which has several high level operational benefits than any generic deadbolt in the US marketplace. Rather than making the company match what’s available, our client chose to make the lock match what the company can accomplish.

It boasts several high end features, not least the Apple Wallet Access, formally approved and monitored by Apple Inc, San Francisco, which allows user to unlock the deadbolt by simply touching their iPhone or iWatch without even unlocking it, opening an app, pressing side buttons…. Or even without any battery on the iPhone itself. More traditional methods of operation, such as PIN code, RFID and Bluetooth are also embedded in what is a very powerful, packed & high end engineered door lock.
