Product Description

The Opus Column is an architecturally designed LED column top luminaire ideally suited to applications such as car parks and building exteriors. An IP65 rated die cast aluminium housing, weather resistant matt grey paint finish and toughened glass cover ensure that this range is suitable for use in a wide range of applications, whilst optical control is achieved through high efficiency lenses which give a range of distributions allowing the luminaire to be tailored to your application and maximise spacings between columns.

Quick and simple installation is central to the design ethos of the Opus Column to ensure minimum installation costs and to maximise return on investment. The spigot is adjustable for both horizontal and vertical mounting and can be easily adjusted in 5 degree increments to achieve the required angle. All luminaires are supplied prewired with a 10M cable to allow for electrical connection at the base of the column and the control gear access hatch has an automatic disconnect feature allowing individual luminaires to be maintained without the need to isolate entire circuits. An optional NEMA socket is available with this range allowing for the addition of photocells or wireless control systems. The Opus Column is also supplied complete with a prewired 10M lead for quick and simple installation.

The Opus Column Sensor incorporates our R11 sensor offering presence detection and a wide range of adjustable parameters such as time delays, dimming levels during absence, dimming rates and optional secondary time delays to turn the luminaire off altogether, all programmed via remote control from ground level. This sensor control combined with excellent energy efficiency allows this product range to offer up to 80% energy saving over traditional HID column top luminaires.

The Opus 360 High Output offers excellent efficiency combined with high lumen outputs and lensed optical control making it ideal for effective illumination of large open areas. Offering up to 60,000lm output with efficiency of 147llm/w the Opus 360 High Output provides an extremely cost effective solution for car parks and other external spaces whilst minimising operating costs for both maintenance and power consumption.

With both symmetric and asymmetric variants providing solutions for both central columns and perimeters, and a range of lumen outputs to suit most column heights and spaces each Opus 360 installation can be tailored to ensure a minimum of light spill into adjacent properties whilst maintaining excellent lux levels and uniformity with minimal power consumption. With optional NEMA socket and photocell variants the luminaire can be supplied with a range of controls from basic photocell through to wireless connectivity.
