Established in 1987, Pyroglass Limited is a textile engineering company with a wealth of experience in the design, production and marketing of specialist high temperature sealing and insulating materials. We are a family owned independent business.

We are passionate about our industry and our team of engineers and production staff work tirelessly from our UK manufacturing facility in Preston, Lancashire. 

Our premises contain specialist manufacturing equipment, some of which has been designed and built in-house to produce our bespoke high-temperature sealing and insulation materials. We have the capabilities to custom build some very unique products and when needed we can also supply products using our customer’s own brand labels.

Our products are used in a wide range of applications and industries including:

·         Cooking Equipment (e.g. range-style cooker wire reinforced dome-seals and pyrolytic oven clip seals)

·         Hydraulic Hoses and Cable Systems (e.g. protective firesleeves accepted by MSHA & EN 45545-2:2020 compliant)

·         Steel / Aluminium Smelting Plants (e.g. fire and heat protective sleeves and lagging)
