Product Description
These computer aided design and computer aided manufacture insoles are fully custom and can be produced in high quantities with exceptional quality finish utilising our automated milling technology and finishing machines. These EVA material devices can be modified during the design process to incorporate sinks, posts, skives, domes and any other features required.
These devices are available in a number of densities such as softer A18 and A30, medium density A40 & A50 and high density A60 & A70. We also have dual density blocks available in A30/A50 and A50/A70.
These bespoke insoles are created from casts, impression boxes or 3D digital scans of the foot as prescribed by Healthcare Professional to enable desired function of the medical device.
These devices are indicated for use in the reduction of load on plantar fascia, posterior tibial tendon, achilles tendon, neuromas and a number of other foot and lower limb conditions. This type of insole is utilised commonly in NHS clinics.
