Our Triple MM model is ideal for multiple single-phase devices or three-phase devices (all phases plus neutral – if present) with integrated energy harvesting for long-life, maintenance-free operation. Ideal for monitoring on more complex and higher power electrical equipment, predictive and preventative maintenance. DCO's monitoring integrates Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA). This simple to install monitor offers multiple analytical elements in parallel to provide the detail needed to identify root cause and the actual issues. Because DCO monitors constantly collect and aggregate performance data, they build a profile of the equipment behaviour that includes an assessment of what “normal” is for each drive system. Equally important, analysis of difference from those normative values and generation of long run trend data enables the production of predictive and preventative maintenance data. The Flex MM and Ultra MM companion models provide extended monitoring that also includes vibration and temperature data.
