Our Story

LS Fabrications is a third generation family run precision sheet metal fabrication business in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire primarily operating in the Medical, Digital Signage, Aerospace and Retail Sectors but also carry out extensive work in the Electronics and Transport industries.

Having worked in the Medical and Aerospace industries for over 25 years we follow robust and strict quality inspections and procedures standards. 

Digital Signage and DOOH have become an integral part of manufacturing at LS Fabrications. We have installations in place in high street retailers, travel agents, banks as well as major shopping centres across the UK.

What We Offer

We cover all aspects of the manufacturing process at our 20,000sqft Factory from Design Consultation all the way through to Product assembly with only Plating and Anodising outsourced to a UKAS accredited company. This includes:

Design - Laser Cutting - Bending - Welding - Powder Coating - Assembly

Depending on your requirements it can be a full product assembly, a prototype or the manufacturing individual components for the project. Flexible and quick lead times and high quality products is something we pride ourselves on.

We can offer a next day turnaround service depending on the complexity of the job for clients that need a job in a hurry or a Kanban system for clients with a production run of items.
