At Block Master, we design innovative tools that solve real problems on site. Founded by experienced bricklayer Mark Williams, with over 28 years in the trade across the UK, Channel Islands and Australia, Block Master® was born out of frustration with the time, hassle and dust involved in traditional block cutting.

After years of trial and error, Mark developed the Block Master® — a pending patented tool that makes cutting concrete and Thermalite blocks faster, cleaner and easier, without the need for disc cutters or turning the block over. Used directly on a stack of blocks at working height, it’s ideal for time-sensitive builds and awkward cuts, like gable ends and footings.

Our range also includes the SpotBord™, a heavy-duty mortar board made from 100% recycled plastic. Designed for maximum durability, it prevents suction and keeps your mortar workable for longer.
