Mr Trotter Ltd

Mr Trotter was born in 2011 from the shared passion of three pork scratching aficionados – Tom Parker Bowles, Matthew Fort and Rupert Ponsonby – and innovative pork scratching producer, Graham Jebb from RayGray Snacks.  

We felt that the world deserved a better pork scratching than was currently available, and so we set out to produce one.

This resulted in the launch of Mr Trotters Triple Cooked, award winning, pork crackling - a high-end delicacy made from the very best pork rind.

As it is uniquely triple cooked, it is a lighter crackling with a crisp texture which delivers maximum crunch and available in four great flavours – Original, Jalapeno Chilli, English Mustard and Salt & Vinegar.  Over the years the range has broadened to include a variety of high protein pork products including light and fluffy Pork Crunch and  Pork Sausalami's.
