Established in 1985 in Scotland, Precision Tooling Services Limited is a modern manufacturing facility for precision machined components serving a range of industries including; automotive, aerospace, energy, rail and general engineering.

We are able to manufacture in a wide variety of material grades; carbon & alloy, stainless & duplex, nickel & super alloys and tool steels.

Quality is paramount to Precision Tooling, therefore, we hold the following accreditations; ISO 9001:2015, IATF 1649:2016 and AS9100D. Additional quality measures can also be carried out to our customers requirements via; APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA and quality plans.

Additive manufacturing using our state of the art 3D printer, utilising 13 different materials including Airbus approved material, gives us the ability to quickly and accurately produce rapid prototypes, temporary OEM spares, feasibility models, tooling and some types of aircraft components.

Our precision engineering facility is also complimented by our own inhouse investment casting foundry and electrochemical machining facility, all of which allows the flexibility to offer either the complete full supply package, or alternatively, to supply each individual service type as specified by our clients.
