Speeding's Ltd are proud manufacturers of protective equipment for professionals, fire services and most ambulance services in the UK and many companies worldwide. We service the first responder market with cylinder covers, PPE, and medic kit bags, as well as the automotive industry with equipment covers, stillage inserts and area screens. 

We pride ourselves on personal attention to detail and quality in both our products and customer service. We employ 20 specialist ‘traditional’ sewing machinists and this system of manufacture assures hand-build quality from start to finish for our customers every single time. These principles are the cornerstones of our longevity and continued growth.

Established in 1827 on the banks of the River Wear in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, Speedings Ltd is a family-owned company and the oldest manufacturing business in the City of Sunderland – a fact of which we are immensely proud. We are really looking forward to reaching our double century very soon.
