System Simulation

Our software product, CollectionsIndex+, is used by museums, galleries, corporate archives and other institutions to catalogue, manage and share their heritage collections. CollectionsIndex+ is a modular, standards-based application that can be purchased as Software as a Service using our own hosting platforms, or as an 'on-prem' solution to install on your own server.

If you'd like to share some or all of your collection with the public, we can provide our own CollectionsOnline web module styled to reflect your organisational branding. Alternatively, you can take our REST API and integrate search and display of your collections into your main website.

In addition to CollectionsIndex+ itself, we provide a range of supporting services including data migration, training, collections consultancy and support, all of which are delivered by our UK-based team.
