As part of our ongoing work as a development house for testing and creating new products, using a range of materials and fibres, we recently produced a woollen spun, 12ysw yarn from salon waste (human hair) blended with wool for Green Salon Collective.
The Green Salon Collective is an organisation created by environmental experts, hairdressers and eco campaigners focussed on salon sustainability. The Green Salon Collective divert easily recyclable materials used in hair salons, that are current sent to landfill.
We are always keen to hear from anyone who has a new product idea and would like to work with us to test and develop a range of new materials blended with wool.
