Representation, information and guidance for Made in Britain members

MADE in Britain regularly speaks with the government. This includes but is not limited to the Cabinet Office, Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), the Department for International Trade and the Department for Health and Social Care.

Given our commitment to helping our members sell more of what they make, public procurement is a growing focus for our engagement with the government.

However, we also speak to the government and other partners across a range of issues, such as product standards, Brexit and sustainability.

Made in Britain sits on the All-Party Parliamentary Manufacturing Group to assist our reach across relevant public policy and into the relevant organisations.  We also work closely with the CBI.

Due to the number and diversity of Made in Britain members, the time we can dedicate to individual member cases is limited, however, we are always keen to hear from members, to support where we can and signpost where we cannot. Your contact also helps ensure that Made in Britain continues to prioritise the themes that are most important for members.
