Ellutia are pleased to announce it received the Automation Award at Lab Innovations 2022 for the Automated Total Nitrosamine Analyser (ATNA).
In conjunction with Laboratory News, the Lab Innovation Awards are judged by a panel of leading industry experts. Ellutia was selected as the winner in the Automation Award category, celebrating innovation in the field of automation and data systems.
The 10th Annual Lab Innovations Trade Exhibition and Conference celebrates innovation and sustainability. Lab Innovations, which serves as one of the UK's leading events for the industry, attracts a wide range of lab professionals, suppliers, and manufacturers. Lab professionals across all sectors attend the event to discover sustainable lab initiatives, secure the latest technology, and explore new ways of future-proofing labs.
The fully automated solution allows for rapid testing of apparent total nitrosamine content (ATNC) and has the right selectivity and sensitivity, so it can quickly identify whether or not nitrosamines are present down to 1ppb levels.
The ATNA provides fast, precise, and reliable results without requiring testing to be outsourced at different stages of the manufacturing process. It is comprised of Ellutia’s 800 series Thermal Energy Analyser (TEA), the industry standard for nitrosamine detection, interfaced to an autosampler configured to perform the chemical reactions and a bespoke inlet to introduce the sample to the TEA detector.
