Do you want to play a part in bringing a Martian house to life?
Our Building a Martian House Competition is an exciting opportunity to be part of a cross-industry collaboration that has seen artists, scientists, architects & engineers coming together to create a full-scale Martian house for the future. The competition, which will see you designing a lampshade fitting for a house on Mars, is open to all members of the public and participation can be both individual or in teams. Three finalists will be selected and the winning entry will be 3D printed and installed in the Martian House at @mshedbristol showcasing your design to thousands of people visiting the exhibition in 2022.
Prizes will be awarded to the top three successful entries:
? 1st prize - £250
? 2nd prize - £150
? 3rd prize - £100
Furthermore, Whitecroft Lighting will match the prize with a charitable donation to the winners' charity of choice.
