Howe Green succeeds in gaining membership to Made in Britain

ESTABLISHED in 1983, Howe Green is one of the leading designers and manufacturers of floor access covers and tree grilles.  Howe Green has now succeeded in gaining membership to the Made in Britain organisation.

Howe Green told Made in Britain that it is known for its extensive product offering and bespoke customisation. Its floor access covers, and tree grilles meet a wide variety of challenges and ensure each individual specification is met with the highest standards. The company has an in-house expert team that is committed to continuous product development one of which is its innovative CoverSkate, which significantly simplifies the process of lifting heavy floor access covers.

Chris George, business development manager at Howe Green, told Made in Britain, “Receiving the Made in Britain accreditation is recognition of our contribution both locally and nationally. We're proud to be at the heart of our community in Hertfordshire, sourcing local materials to manufacture our diverse product range, which is specified for high profile infrastructure projects across the UK, including Crossrail and Heathrow Airport.

“Being recognised by Made in Britain also highlights our commitment to quality and sustainability. As we procure our components locally, they not only have a lower carbon footprint, but enable our team of in-house experts to ensure our products are manufactured to the highest quality.”

Howe Green will be using the official Made in Britain mark throughout its internal and external marketing activities and on products and packaging. Find out more about the company at its members' directory profile page here and its website here.
