Mathmos, inventors of the lava lamp, teamed up with music legends Duran Duran for the third of the 60th Birthday limited edition of their classic 1963 Astro lava lamp. The run of 600 pieces, all made in Britain, sold out within hours and was featured in the Financial Times at the weekend. Photos were taken on Duran Duran's recent sell-out tour of the States, photos by Stephanie Pistel.
