Romold Supports Local Community

Yes. Book Fairies do exist. We believe in Book Fairies, and so will you...

Book Fairies are people who, when they’ve finished reading a good book, want to pass it on to the next person to find and enjoy. Each book is dressed in wrapping, ribbons, bows and bookmarks. Once prepared, they hide the books in public waiting to be found.

In September 2020, Heritage Fairy Woods launched their Book Fairy Project Heritage Little Free Library at Middleton Hall care home to help the residents engage with the community during lockdown. Since then, it has become part of the largest book sharing movement.

The residents of Middleton Hall manage the Heritage Little Free Library. They are given better access to books all ages and exchange service for people to share preloved books.

During these unpredictable times, we cannot overlook our responsibility as an organisation to support our local community. Taking steps to ensure the health and safety and well-being of the public, we donated a PSC2 – Storage Cabinet. The cabinet allows people to browse the donated books while being social distanced. It also prevents the books from being damaged with the unpredictable weather.

Would you like to be part of the magic? Contact Heritage Fairy Woods to donate books today.
