Manufacturing pumps & filters for demanding chemical processing applications, particularly surface treatment/engineering applications such as electroplating, etching, anodizing and hot-dip zinc-galvanizing: Serfilco International Ltd joins Made in Britain.
Serfilco International, originally Serfilco Europe, was established in 1975 to service the burgeoning PCB market in the UK and Europe. From that small start the company grew into Serfilco International, supplying a myriad of industries including Automotive, Sanitaryware and Aerospace, and having offices in UK, Germany, China and recently a JV in India. The company continues to bring products to the market place that enable chemical processors to improve quality, save money, achieve operator compliance and protect the environment. Serfilco International exports more than 55% of its total sales from the UK, selling to more than 70 countries during the last 5 years and with a global market ranging from economic powerhouses such as China and India, to much smaller markets such as Republic of Palau and Sultanate of Oman.
Robert Sawyer, Director & GM, said “It is important for us to show not only our UK clients, but also our International clients, that we are a UK based company who are actually designing, manufacturing and assembling in the UK. For me the ‘Made in Britain’ mark immediately demonstrates a high-level design, guaranteed products/materials quality and implies business practices are trustworthy and to a high standard. Made in Britain should be thought of as a byword for ‘A Business You Can Trust’“
Serfilco International will use the Made in Britain mark on literature for UK manufactured products, on websites where appropriate, social media such as LinkedIn and at exhibitions. Find out more about the company at its members’ directory profile here and its website here.
