Subcontract Waterjet Cut Components

We are pleased to offer subcontract services using our new Flow Mach200 cutting machine.

This machine uses high pressure water to precisely cut through materials up to 200mm thick, without leaving a heat-affected zone, making it perfect for bespoke components or large cuts alike. 

Using a waterjet allows you to create the most intricate designs. Our machine also allows for chamfers and tapered angles, meaning we can make parts that are bespoke to you and your design. With a 4m x 2m bed, the machine can also handle larger components with ease. 

Waterjet cutting is a cold-cutting process, meaning that there is no heat-affected-zone left behind - just a nice clean cut. This means there will be no distortion of the original material, so the integrity of the raw material remains unchanged.  

This style of cutting is also infinitely more environmentally friendly than some alternatives. The garnet abrasive is fully recyclable, reducing wastage. There are no hazardous gases, chemicals or fumes.
