Tonsil and Nasal Snare Wire

Product Description

The snare wires are pre-cut to a length of 127mm, pre-formed, stainless steel wires 316 grade, shaped at each end to facilitate easy instrument loading. A range of sizes are available to facilitate the user’s preference. The device is supplied sterile, in packs of two, for single use. 

Intended Use: 
 
Medasil tonsil and nasal snare wires are intended to be used in nasal polypectomy and tonsillectomy procedures. They are for transient use (continuous use less than 60 mins). 

Indications for Use 
 
Indications include, but are not limited to: 
 
Excision of palatine tonsils (tonsillectomy). 
Nasal polyps and nasal foreign bodies
