ZoneSafe® Proximity Warning & Alert Systems

ZoneSafe is our UK-manufactured proximity warning system, designed to prevent catastrophic collisions and enhancing risk management across industrial sites. Our primary mission is to create a safer workplace, helping UK organisations achieve a zero-harm environment, improving morale, and providing auditable data for safety management.

ZoneSafe uses RFID technology to create an adjustable detection zone around vehicles. The system instantly alerts the operator when an RFID transponder enters this zone.

• Vehicle-to-Pedestrian (V2P): Actively reduces near-misses and collisions by instantly warning the operator when a pedestrian wearing a VibraTag enters a hazardous area.

• Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V): Reduces collisions between vehicles by instantly warning operators when it detects the transponder on another ZoneSafe-equipped vehicle.
  

• Vehicle-to-Infrastructure (V2I): Extends safety to static hazards and access points by using the vehicle's presence to trigger active warnings in the environment. Solutions include Sensor-Activated Barriers, Sensor-Activated Beacons, and Sensor-Activated Signage.

Established in 1994, the Eureka® brand offers comprehensive RFID solutions for tracking and managing vehicles, assets, personnel, and industrial processes.
