All under one eco-friendly roof, that's Ripple

CONTINUING to invest in the future and the environment, Ripple Group Limited has recently had a new eco-friendly roof installed on its main Greenacres Road site in Greater Manchester.

This has taken the EPC efficiency rating down from 124 to just 64. Not bad for a 170-year-old weaving shed!

And then, (quite literary) on top of that, added a 50-kilowatt solar PV system which is projected to generate around 45,000 Kw and reduce operating costs by as much as £7,000 per annum for the next 20 years.

Ripple Group appointed ERS to implement the new roof and PV system which was completed over a 12 week programme.

Ripple MD, David Wolfenden said, "Throughout the process, ERS have been superb. They share Ripple's values and provide 1st class service. This has been a substantial investment helping to protect the future of Ripple. The main building houses the design and management team and also the manufacturing facilities which includes the engineering department, CNC and joinery, powder coating, wet spray and assembly areas."
