Attend the Global Britain Trade Expo this May

Are you a business looking to grow internationally, set up overseas, source new suppliers, or export to new markets?

If so, the Global Britain Trade Expo (GBTE) returns to London's QEII Centre for its seventh year on the 9th May 2024, aiming to help British businesses go global.

GBTE continues to promote the UK as a global trade and business destination and welcomes delegates from 36 countries.

The Expo will feature several sessions which will take place during the day and will offer delegates strategic knowledge, practical skills, and high-profile connections to help them grow internationally.

Made in Britain’s CEO, John Pearce will be leading a discussion entitled, 'British manufacturing as a driving force for the UK's growth and global competitiveness'. In this session, John will speak about the strengths of today's British manufacturing community. He will also address the sector's potential to power the UK's economic growth and its global competitiveness. Also speaking will be former Secretary of State for Business and Trade, Sir Vince Cable, and Executive Director of the Eastern Powerhouse, Steven Lynch MBE.

You can attend John’s session at 10:20 am at GBTE on the 9th May 2024.

Made in Britain offers support to our members to sell more of what they make overseas, as well as in the UK using a well-recognised Trademark. A survey conducted by OnePoll in March 2024 showed that recognition of the Mark in Britain Mark has risen to 8 in 10 UK companies, making it the official signpost to UK-manufactured goods.

We continue to develop what we offer members to assist your growth of exports and, where relevant, to manage your supply chain imports. To contact us about exports and international trade, please email trade@madeinbritain.org
