Recently, we went and made the trip to visit our friend and customer Zinc Group, who have been a customer of ours for 4 years now. We went to demo the Office 365 backups that we will shortly be implementing for them, followed by lunch at Wagamama’s.
We find it important to visit our customers face to face, even more so after Covid restricted us all to teams calls and emails. In person visits allow us to show our customers we are more than just an email or a phone call, we are real people who care about your best interest when it comes to handling your important systems.
Large corporations are unlikely to look after you in the same way as a small business will. To us, customer service is paramount and we enjoy getting to know our customers and ensuring they are happy with every stage of the process.
