For generations, Yorkshire has demonstrated excellence in acoustic engineering. Famous brands, born in Great Britain, have been bought by offshore investors who prefer to manufacture outside the UK, primarily in China.
British acoustic engineers for decades have witnessed copies of their designs made overseas but acoustically they never quite hit the right note and frequently miss the desired effect.
