Baty's Emma Bramley Donates 17 Inches of Hair to The Little Princess Trust

Emma Bramley, Product Development Engineer at Baty International, has cut off a huge 17 inches of her hair to fundraise for The Little Princess Trust. The charity, which provides free real hair wigs to anyone under the age of 24 who has lost their hair to cancer or other illness, receives no formal funding and relies solely on generous donations. Emma has raised a great total of £1,245.

Before the big chop, Emma said: “I’ll be cutting off my hair on August 22nd, so not long to go now! It’s going to be a big change, but I know that the hair I’m donating and the money I’m raising will go a long way to help a young person get their confidence back. I’m so excited to have the opportunity to do that.”

Even with hair donations, each wig costs an average of £550 to produce. Donation make sure The Little Princess Trust can keep giving away these wigs for free, and also help them in their search for better and kinder treatments for childhood cancers.
