CARBON FIBRE TUBES Sponsor Team Brit for another season

CARBON FIBRE TUBES are delighted to announce a follow-on agreement to sponsor Team Brit for the 2024 season.  This will be the third season that the company has supported this motorsport team, having sponsored their driver, Paul Fullick, since joining the team.

This sponsorship is not about providing support to a much loved colleague within the CFT family since he suffered a life changing injury, but is also a great fit with some of the work Carbon Fibre Tubes have been undertaking for a range of customers in the medical-tech sector.

Team Brit is breaking down barriers in motorsport; it is the first all-disabled race team aiming to compete on a level playing field with able bodied teams in the Le Mans 24 endurance race.  This will be a world's first and Carbon Fibre Tubes are keen to support them in achieving this ambition.

Over the past few years CFT have delivered an increasing number of highly engineered composite solutions and parts for medical tech and assistive equipment. This has included working with companies that develop high-end wheelchairs, prosthetics and other assistive technologies.  Supporting Team Brit and Paul with some of the innovation and technical adaptations in the car to achieve the performance required to race on the world's stage is therefore squarely within our expertise!
