Manufacturing Prepreg Carbon Fibre parts from facilities in Bournemouth: Carbonwurks Ltd joins Made in Britain.
Carbonwurks Ltd was started in 2009, and officially incorporated in 2014, by Daniel, who started the business alongside racing professionally. The company exports their range of products, mainly to the automotive industry in nearly every continent, on a weekly basis. They use a mix of the latest technologies available with their machines and manufacturing methods to produce their range of products, using some of the oldest instruments from 50 years ago.
Daniel McKenzie, Company Director said: “We have been working hard over the last 8 years to be pioneers in the industry we work in, this includes coming up with proprietary ways to manufacture. Now being part of Made in Britain, we are able to proudly show that our products are made in the UK and this differentiates us from other competitors.”
Carbonwurks Ltd will use the Made in Britain mark on their website and marketing/promotional literature.
