CMS Cepcor is one of 252 organisations nationally to be recognised with a prestigious King’s Award for Enterprise. Announced today (Monday 6 May), CMS Cepcor has been recognised for its excellence in International Trade.
CMS Cepcor employs 180 people worldwide, with 140 based at their headquarters in Coalville, Leicestershire. The company was founded in 1989 and manufactures and sells precision components and wear liners for crushing equipment used in aggregate and mining production. “We are delighted to receive this award as recognition for the considerable effort and investment made by our whole team to grow international sales ”, said Matthew Weare, Group CEO; “as our business is built on engineering excellence, product quality and high levels of customer service, although the award recognises international trade, it really is a team effort with all areas of the business playing their part ”

The King’s Awards for Enterprise, previously known as The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise, were renamed last year to reflect His Majesty The King’s desire to continue the legacy of HM Queen Elizabeth II’s by recognising outstanding UK businesses. The Award programme, now in its 58th year, is the most prestigious business award in the country, with successful businesses able to use the esteemed King’s Awards Emblem for the next five years.
