CT1 champions diversity and inclusivity in the construction industry, proudly sponsoring the 2024 HIP Female Skills Competition.
This initiative celebrates and supports women's contributions in trades, aiming to bridge the gender gap prevalent in this sector.

CT1, known for fostering talent, recently sponsored the On The Tools Apprentice of the Year Award , further highlighting their commitment to recognising excellence and inclusivity in the industry.
Nicola added, "Our collaboration with HIP aims to highlight female achievements, inspire future professionals, and encourage more women to pursue rewarding careers in the trades."
The competition provides a platform for women professionals to showcase their expertise. Heats will be held at construction centres of excellence at training colleges across the country, with the final being held in Stephenson College, Coalville, on 18th April.
