On 18th and 19th June 2024, CU Phosco Lighting exhibited at the annual ILP Summit, this year celebrating the institution’s centenary and renamed: The ILP Centenary Summit. And what a great event it was!
Taking place at the Leonardo Royal Hotel, Tower Bridge, London, the CU Phosco Lighting team showcased our Connected Urban Smart Pole, as well as our range of innovative exterior lighting solutions.
Attended by Contracts Manager Victoria Pearce, Key Account Manager Ben Hiscott, Key Account Manager James Powis and Area Sales Manager Nick Wildsmith, the team were also joined by CU Phosco Australia’s General Manager, Keith Henry, who presented his paper: City Lights, Smart Insights: How to Leverage Connectivity to Generate Revenue”.
Following the successful deployment of Connected Urban in Germany, Keith’s paper delved into the transformative potential of owning and renting smart pole assets. By leveraging the space both within and on the poles, the captive audience found out how local authorities can develop mutually beneficial relationships with mobile network operators.
The event was a huge success, and it was great to reconnect with colleagues from across the industry at the two-day event.
We would also like to pass on a huge congratulations to the previous President of the ILP, Rebecca Hatch. Thank you for your support in the last twelve months and for helping drive our industry.
To the new President, Perry Hazell, congratulations on your appointment, and we wish you every success in the role.
