THE Housewares Innovation Awards are a well-established scheme designed for businesses in the housewares sector. Made in Britain member What More UK this year scooped up two prestigious awards.
Categories at the awards reflect the vibrant nature of the industry. The Housewares Innovation Awards give outstanding retailers and exceptional individuals a platform on which to shine, with the industry’s leading lights in attendance on the night.
This year the exceptional service of What More UK was recognised in the shape of the Best Supplier Service Award. Then the company’s director Tony Grimshaw OBE was crowned Kitchen Hero.
A spokesperson for the Housewares Innovation Awards told Made in Britain, “The Kitchen Hero award is presented to one individual a year that has demonstrated an incredible passion for the housewares sector over the course of their career. This year’s recipient, What More UK Ltd’s director Tony Grimshaw OBE, was commended for his ‘northern sense of humour and no nonsense approach’.”
