Envirotect still open for business

IN these unprecedented times Envirotect Limited will continue to open to support our NHS in their time of need. Our NHS is experiencing very high levels of demand and it is more important than ever that we continue with construction of vital work within the healthcare sector.

Envirotect manufacture structural radiation and RF shielding and has seen an increase in requirements for mobile x-ray protection screens. All mobile x-ray protective screens are bespoke and made to order.  Managing director Niven Smith said, “The preservation and protection of our staff is paramount and we have put in place strict measurements to ensure their safety as we continue to support our NHS in their time of need. We have reduced manufacture lead-times on our x-ray protective screens to ensure the NHS receives speedy delivery of vital equipment.”

Envirotect will continue to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and follow guidance based on the latest information as issued by the British government, the World Health Organisation and Public Health England.

Envirotect, based in Bedfordshire, has put into place strict guidelines regarding social distancing both internally within our office and workshop and on external sites. Staff are now working on a rota basis to minimise contact and those that can will work from home. Employees working on site within the NHS will be guided by the advice of the main contractor and follow the procedures they require in this regard. These are likely to include things such as access and exit routes for personnel and deliveries, hygiene controls and changes required to ensure personal safety.

If you have any requirements or are able to offer services during these uncertain times please do not hesitate to get in contact with our team +44 (0)1525 374374 or email sales@envirotectltd.co.uk.

The Envirotect Team send well wishes and urge you all to stay safe.
