Presenters Jakob Kruhöffer (left) and Kristen Bryk (right) explained how members can internationalise their sales through Amazon and leverage the power of the online marketplace. Topics discussed included selling to the US; where tax and import duty is paid when shipping to Europe; working with European Article Number (EAN) codes to differentiate stock and selling through the ‘Fulfilment by Amazon’ arrangement.
