As part of their programme of continuous improvement, George Barnsdale are delighted to announce the appointment of Malcolm Keightley as their new Operations Manager.
Originally from Lincolnshire and a former Norprint Production Manager, Malcolm has recently returned from a seven year stint working in Dubai where he was a Head of Factory Operations for a telecomms company. Setting up the facility there from scratch, he worked with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and cultures which has given him an insight into the various different strategies and processes that organisations use.
From the dizzying heights of Dubai back to Donington, Malcolm says he was attracted to George Barnsdale for a number of reasons.

In addition to the factory processes, Malcolm will be working with the Head of Marketing to refine the customer journey to ensure customers receive a consistently great experience throughout the organisation.
