THE Made in Britain-branded paving stone made by Marshalls for its Chelsea Flower Show garden could be yours! Marshalls would like it to go to a new home in the UK and members of Made in Britain can win the stone in a free-to-enter competition.
The stone can be laid as paving or bonded to a vertical surface. Marshalls will supply the bonding material and advise on its fixing.
All you have to do to enter is guess the weight of this 1250 x 900 x 30mm slab of Scoutmoor stone and copper inlay. Then tell us in no more than 50 words why you want to proudly display the Made in Britain mark at your premises.
Then Made in Britain will choose its favourite answer from the correct weight guesses. To be in with a chance of winning this famous piece of Chelsea Flower Show history, send an email to: editor@madeinbritain.org with ‘Made in Britain paving stone competition’ in the subject line.
Using your skill and judgement, estimate the weight of the stone. Then type your guess at the stone’s weight and your reason for wanting to display the mark in the body of the message. Remember, 50 words or less on why you want to display the Made in Britain mark at your premises.
The closing date for entries is 31 October 2019. The result will be announced on 11 November 2019 on the Made in Britain website and the winner will be notified by email or phone. We will arrange delivery to the winner’s address and request a photograph of the slab in-situ for publicity purposes. The editor’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Good luck!
