SINCE Boris Johnson announced that the lockdown would ease as of 1 June and non-essential shops could reopen from 15 June, many businesses have needed to think outside the box in regards to their hygiene and customer care strategy, as gaining customers' trust could prove to be a real challenge post COVID-19.

A study conducted recently by Ipsos MORI found that 71 per cent of Britons said they’d be nervous about leaving the house even if businesses were allowed to reopen and travel restrictions were lifted.
