ILP London February 2024: Reinventing lighting: a journey to Net Zero

Our Areas Sales Managers and Contracts Division team were out in force at the ILP London CPD event, held at the impressive Tottenham Football Club stadium on Thursday 29 February 2024.

The event, which brings together key lighting professionals for a day of CPD and learning from the industry. Organised the Institution of Lighting Professionals, CU Phosco Lighting had a stand in the exhibitor area, held in the NFL Changing rooms where the session was held.

“It was great to connect with our colleagues in the industry in a unique setting of such an impressive football stadium,” commented Matt Murray, Sales and Marketing Director. “We had the opportunity to present our industry leading TM66 lighting range as well as presenting a paper on our sustainable practices to support the development of Circularity within the lighting industry, from award-winning lighting solutions to financial offers to support projects where budgets are tight”.

Area Sales Manager, Nick Wildsmith joined Matt at the event, as well as Andy Kay, Contracts Manager and Stuart Murray, Commercial Manager from CU Phosco Lighting’s Services Division. The team manned the CU Phosco Lighting stand which included our P86x range.

In addition, Paul Carter, Technical Manager joined Matt Murray on the presenting stage to highlight the presented paper: “Reimagining Exterior Lighting: Product circularity and finance on a journey to net zero”, which not only focused on our industry-leading TM66 accreditation for the P86x luminaire range, it also highlighted the financial options available to support circular finance.
