1.      High-Volume Precision Manufacturing

As a manufacturer of lubrication components, high-volume is our speciality. Grease fittings are commonly ordered in the 100,000s, sometimes in the millions, and with our quality guarantee, we ensure that customers receive a product that they can trust. This also applies to our subcontracting solutions. With our factory equipped with more than 40 high-volume machines, including 3 CNCs, we are geared up for large quantities.

Our Subcontracting Machinery 

1.      Index MS24-6 with Automatic Bar loader

To increase our manufacturing capacity, in 2024, we invested in an Index MS24-6 multi-spindle lathe with an automatic bar loader. As the most expensive investment in the company’s history, this machine has opened new doors for the business with new and improved manufacturing capabilities. The lathe is engineered for high-volume bar machining and offers an ideal solution for customers who require large quantities of precision parts quickly, reliably, and to tight tolerances. With its six spindles and multiple tools working simultaneously, the MS24-6 enables us to produce complex components in a single setup, greatly reducing lead times and switch-over between jobs.

2.      Citizen L20

The Citizen L20 sliding lathe offers precision, speed and consistency in our subcontracting offering. With the ability to machine components up to 20mm in diameter, the L20 is a twin-spindle machine and is equipped with driven tooling and a 4-metre bar loader, making it an ideal machine for complex and multi-operation components. Its capability to turn and mill within a single setup streamlines the entire process, ensuring fast lead times and maximum efficiency. This machine is perfectly suited for creating solutions for potential customers that require high-precision, small-to-medium-sized components produced accurately in every batch, whether for one-off subcontracting projects or ongoing supply agreements.

3.      Miyano BNJ42s CNC Lathe

The Miyano BNJ42s CNC lathe is an essential part of our subcontracting offering, tailored for projects where both precision and flexibility are key. With a capacity to machine parts up to 42mm in diameter, twin spindles, and a 3-metre bar feeder, the BNJ42s is ideal for producing medium-sized components efficiently and in volume. This machine’s turret toolholder and driven tooling enable us to complete turning and milling operations in a single cycle, reducing the need for multiple setups and handling. For subcontracting customers, this translates into faster production, greater accuracy, and smoother workflows.
